We are a managed service provider (msp).Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to take clients through a practical introduction to Microsoft Copilot with a four-part webinar mini-series focusing on Effective Prompting, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Rather than discussing AI as a future concept, the sessions explored real-world ways Copilot can help users save time, improve productivity, and get more value from their Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. From managing email and analysing data to summarising meetings and collaborating more effectively, the series showcased practical use cases that participants could immediately apply in their own workplaces.
While the series may have finished, the conversation around AI in the workplace is only getting started.
