Think I.T. has been designing computer networks for all manner of enterprises since 1994. Our customers range from two computer users to over 100 users, from single site enterprises to those with over a dozen locations.

Think I.T. can provide all the network fabric, from the cabling in the walls through to the data connections between your sites.

Although we have grown to prefer certain brands, we are not contractually bound to any brand and so we can freely recommend the equipment that best fits the needs of your enterprise. We can also provide lease and rental options. We supply nationwide.

What we do:

System Design

We will design an IT solution that meets the current needs of your enterprise, and provides room to accommodate any future growth or development you have planned. We can design systems for installation by Think I.T. or we can work with your current IT services provider.

Think I.T. holds numerous IT industry and vendor certifications so you can be sure that our designs follow best practice.

System Installation

We will install and document computer systems, designed by Think I.T. or by a reputable third party. Our technical staff has a range of skills and certifications, so you can be assured that our installations are planned, executed, managed and documented according to industry and vendor best practices.

We can also work with your current IT service provider to ensure they can provide first-level support post installation. Alternatively we can provide all post installation support either directly or through our partners outside of the Auckland region.

Systems Maintenance

Think I.T. maintains and manages thousands of computers for customers of all sizes, many industries and throughout New Zealand. We provide comprehensive proactive maintenance, management, troubleshooting and break-fix services. This can be charged on a time and materials basis or for a fixed monthly fee.

Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning- If your enterprise is suffering from slow, unreliable or insecure computer systems we can diagnose, treat and remedy many of these problems. The remedies can be applied by Think I.T. or we can work with your current IT services provider.
