Think IT Waikato welcomes Watchu IT

Watchu IT Limited is becoming part of the Think I.T. network of companies and from the 1st of November 2016 will become Think IT Waikato Limited.

What does this mean for you?

You will still receive the personalised service you are used to from your IT service provider with Wayne staying on as the onsite technical contact for the Waikato region. Added to this though you will receive the incremental benefits that comes from dealing with a larger service provider. In situations where Wayne is not available or the problem requires escalation the rest of the Think I.T. technical team will be there to support him.

The integration into Think I.T. is seen as a way of ensuring we can maintain our standards, for the future, as well as provide services previously not available. Think I.T. have more products and services including longer helpdesk hours, from 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, an after-hours callout service and specialised telephony solutions and support.

Justin, Adrian and Wayne would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business as Watchu IT and look forward to continuing the relationship with you as Think I.T. Waikato.
