Think I.T. Extended Helpdesk Hours

We’ve listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce starting Monday 29th July our new helpdesk hours will be 7.30am-8.00pm Monday-Friday.

Our helpdesk is available for support issues and remote assistance, so our extended hours will give you more flexibility to call us when it is convenient for you.

Support during the new hours is charged at your normal daily rate, not overtime, however After Hours callout charges will apply after 8pm. Our onsite support and project work is still subject to overtime rates (x1.5) after 5.30 pm.
