 Often in our very busy and hectic lives, we find that most of our customers only make mention of our service when they have something to complain about.
I just wish to take time out to thank you and your team for the support and advice you have given to me and my team at Albany Timber. You have exceeded my expectations on many occasions and have certainly made my job easier.
We have had a number of issues recently which your team have attended to. Their attitude in addressing our problems is exceptional and they seem to get results. The server software and hard drive upgrade has gone well - without a hitch (fingers crossed) - which is obviously pleasing to me.
